WAIHA Strategic Planning
The WAIHA committee got together outside of its regular meetings on February 8 to participate in a Strategic Planning meeting. This meeting was a chance for the committee to identify key areas of focus to ensure a successful and fulfilling year ahead for its membership. The session was taken up enthusiastically by club representatives, the executive and the referee in chief - and a positive forward looking attitude was evident throughout the facilitated meeting. The key areas the committee has committed to addressing over the next 0-24 months are:

• Registration and scheduling
• Budget and accounts
• Refurbishing the website and improving communications to members
• Review grades structure
• Focus on State Teams
• Focus on bylaws
• Manage bullying by informing members of policies and the WAIHA approach to breaches of conduct

If you are interested in contributing to some of the focus areas above we are looking for volunteers, there is a lot to do and we always welcome an extra hand and a fresh pair of eyes. Please contact the WAIHA secretary for more information - dcaj@theblacks.id.au
